Late Fees:

Any rent due that is not paid when due will accrue interest at a rate of the Prime Rate plus 5% per annum from the date on which it was due until the date it is paid in full.

In addition, Tenant will be assessed a late charge of 5% of the amount due or in accordance with your Lease.
